Solar Cell Purchase Sequence of Events 1. Send NDA to any party interested in purchasing solar cells. 2. After the NDA is signed and accepted by both sides: A. Full disclosure is required including ultimate customers name, address, volume of cells required and shipping dates. B. After information from Part A is submitted, there can no longer be any changes of information regarding this sale. C. If any changes are required, a new request for cells must be submitted. D. Cell data sheets, pricing and shipping details are submitted to the broker and or ultimate customer for approval. 3. Cell Samples: A. Cell samples may be requested for any purchase / order. B. For any cell sample, the purchase price of the sample will be billed at 130% of the agreed uoon purchase price for the entire cell order. C. Purchase price of the cell sample does not include shipping cost of the sample(s). D. All cell samples are "first come-first served" and subject to availability. E. Of each cell allotment made available, a maximum of 1,000 cell samples will be made available. (First come-first served) F. For each request of cell samples, an invoice will be sent to the customer, payment in full must be received before cell samples are shipped. G. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of cell samples after payment in full is received and clearing of funds.
